How much did WRCOG have in legal fees? Those will probably belong to Beaumont as well unless the judge rules differently which is not very likely. **** Jeremiah

And I'm quite certain that our council doesnt lose a minute of sleep over this because it is someone elses money. Regardless of the outcome, it wont cost them a cent to gamble with taxpayer funds. Sure must be nice to have a money tree out back to go and shake whenever you need a few million....

'...it is someone elses money...' ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- the city even used 'other people's money' as a marketing slogan last summer... frankly it would make more sense if council was getting most of the money themselves.....but they are being thrown pennies to hold the door open.... ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- kapanicas not only implicated every member of council - he's implicated their kids as well.....as i'm sure he reminds them if they ever question or show hesitation ....
