Local Softball Team Ranked #1 Nationally

Beaumont, CA, January 31, 2014   Beaumont-Cherry Valley Recreation and Park District would like to congratulate Sudden Impact Gold, a local girls fastpitch softball team on their recent recognition.   The 2014 National rankings release by USA Preps named Sudden Impact Gold #1 nationally in the 18U division.  The team is based out of Noble Creek Park.  The team’s manager is Beaumont-Cherry Valley Recreation and Park District’s Athletic Coordinator, Bruce Blake.

“We are very excited to be recognized by such a prestigious group.  Our girls have worked very hard this year and deserve all the credit, “said Blake.

Sudden Impact Gold is led by local Beaumont High players Kaylee Gemmell (senior) and Marissa Knowles (junior) along with players from San Jacinto, Cajon, Redlands East Valley, West Valley, Yucaipa, Great Oak, Vista Murrietta and Heritage High schools.
