Concerning SBGH and "Who Gets The Money - A Question Needing Answering"...

 Do you think people don't notice, Mr. Turner? You can't hide from the hard questions forever. You are actually showing more than you know with your silence and not answering the question.  Do you think by your ignoring it people will forget and just line up at the bar for your next bond issue? It isn't going away.

 The only chance you have is to answer the questions about this one first and admit the mistakes and show how you are going to avoid them in the future. Only then can you ask people to forget and believe you again. Trying to bury it makes you look inadequate in your job and uncaring about the residents you are supposed to be serving. We are waiting and watching!!

How is it we are saving money, Mr. Turner? With assessments for these bonds having risen by some people's comments up to 430% - how is this $17 million a savings for the residents? Are the assessments going to drop? Are they going to be for a shorter time? How is it a savings when the project went over budget three times that much? Would you care to discuss that?
