Banning High School Senior, James Madison Signs Letter of Intent

James Madison, a senior at Banning High School signed his letter of intent to NCAA, Big Sky Conference Division 1 school, Idaho Sate University. James signed his letter of intent at Banning High School in the presence of staff, family, and friends. James told the audience," he is proof that dreams really can come true."
